Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, innovative Video AI Engineer to join our team and help transform video production with generative AI technology. This role will play a key part in automating workflows, creating personalized high-quality video content, and enhancing the connected fitness experience for millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the enterprise: Automate and optimize workflows using generative AI to streamline video production.

• Enhance user experiences: Create compelling, personalized, high-quality video content to increase engagement.

• Innovate in connected fitness: Use cutting-edge AI to pioneer features that redefine fitness experiences.

• Build brand value: Maintain a consistent brand identity across AI-generated content.

• Foster collaboration: Work cross-functionally to promote innovation and continuous learning.

• Develop AI-powered applications: Build and maintain video applications leveraging AI.

• Automate workflows: Implement AI-based solutions for image manipulation, video generation, audio extraction, voice cloning, and lip-syncing.

• Research & integration: Integrate state-of-the-art AI models, such as diffusion models, GANs, and neural rendering.

• Optimization: Improve video generation processes for quality, consistency, performance, and scalability.

• Prototyping: Create proofs of concept to guide strategic development.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in generative AI, computer vision, or video processing.

• Strong programming skills in at least one language and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience with GitHub and version control using Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated video/audio content generation workflows.

• Familiarity with cloud AI/video services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Background in platform engineering and production-scale systems.

• Record of publications, open-source contributions, or notable projects in generative video AI.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
