AI/ML Engineer

Long View Systems is seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join its innovative North Dallas team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions to enhance products and services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement models into production, optimize performance, and stay ahead of emerging AI/ML trends. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ML algorithms and models to solve complex problems.

• Collaborate with data engineers to build robust pipelines.

• Conduct data exploration and feature engineering.

• Integrate models into production systems with optimization and scaling.

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve ML systems over time.

• Stay updated on latest AI/ML technologies.

• Present development results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of ML engineering experience.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field.

• Strong programming in Python, R, or Java.

• Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

• Knowledge of data modeling and software architecture.

• Strong communication skills.

Preferred:

• Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Background in NLP or computer vision.

• Open-source contributions or AI community involvement.
