Anblicks is seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer with 10+ years of expertise to spearhead next-generation AI initiatives. In this role, you will architect, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Agentic AI systems, leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver impactful solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems using frameworks like Crew.AI.

• Develop and optimize Generative AI models and LLMs for diverse applications.

• Build and integrate SQL Agents to enable natural language interaction with databases.

• Oversee the entire AI lifecycle, from research and prototyping to production deployment in Python.

• Mentor a team of AI engineers and set the technical roadmap.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, with proven leadership experience.

• Deep expertise in Agentic AI principles and frameworks (e.g., Crew.AI).

• Strong background in Generative AI models and LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG).

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.

• Experience designing and implementing SQL Agents for natural language to SQL conversion.

• Strong knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms, and scalable AI solutions.

• Exceptional problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.
