Job Location: Remote (USA)
As an AI Adoption Lead at FINN Partners, you will bridge the gap between advanced AI capabilities and practical, everyday business solutions. Acting as the go-to expert for AI implementation, you will design and deliver AI-powered automations that eliminate manual work, optimize business processes, and enhance productivity. You will also ensure our AI stack stays modern, efficient, and aligned with best practices while empowering employees to adopt AI tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Workflow Analysis & Automation Strategy

Partner with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and prioritize automation opportunities.

Create use cases, ROI assessments, and implementation roadmaps aligned with company strategy and security standards.

Internal Tool Development & Technical Oversight

Prioritize existing AI capabilities within FINN’s tech stack before building new solutions.

Design, build, and maintain internal tools, integrations, and micro-services as needed.

Prototype and test AI-enabled utilities, promote successful pilots to production, and oversee technical architecture.

Hands-On Solutioning & Prompt Engineering

Guide prompt creation and interaction patterns for generative AI models (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude).

Assist with data preparation, fine-tuning, and evaluation for accuracy and reliability.

Training, Adoption & Change Management

Work with HR, Communications, and Practice Leads to align AI adoption with business needs.

Deliver training, workshops, and documentation to empower staff in using AI tools.

Governance, Security & Responsible AI

Promote ethical, compliant, and secure AI usage.

Collaborate with IT Security and Legal to implement guardrails, monitoring, and bias prevention.

Measurement & Continuous Optimization

Track AI adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and refine solutions.

Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate them into the company’s AI stack.

Qualifications
-
3+ years experience with AI/ML technologies, especially generative AI.
-
Proven expertise in prompt engineering and AI output optimization.
-
Strong background in training and enabling teams to adopt technology.
-
Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
-
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including NLP and model architectures.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-
Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services (Azure, GCP, AWS) preferred.
Preferred Skills
-
Consulting or internal enablement experience.
-
MLOps familiarity.
-
Basic programming (Python).
-
UX design knowledge for AI interfaces.
