Role Overview:
Real Chemistry is seeking an innovative and strategic Chief AI Officer to drive AI transformation across the business. This role will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to design and execute a bold AI strategy, ensuring Real Chemistry remains at the forefront of healthcare and communications innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and activate a strategic vision for AI integration across business functions.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives, enhancing productivity and client outcomes.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align AI strategy with business objectives.

• Guide AI-driven tools, platforms, and solutions that create measurable impact.

• Represent Real Chemistry at industry events, media, and panels as an AI thought leader.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards for responsible AI.

• Build and mentor a high-performing AI team while fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of professional experience in technology, AI, or related fields.

• 5+ years of senior leadership driving digital transformation.

• 5+ years of AI-specific experience (GenAI, agentic AI, ML, predictive modeling).

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience in healthcare, advertising, or communications a plus.
