Neuro symbolic AI Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking accomplished Neuro-Symbolic AI Managers to lead advanced research and productization efforts in hybrid AI systems that combine machine learning with symbolic reasoning. This role blends deep technical leadership with hands-on algorithm design, working at the forefront of explainable and high-performance AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Strategy

• Define and drive the organization’s neuro-symbolic AI roadmap.

• Lead initiatives from research to production.

• Mentor and guide AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists.

Algorithm Design & Implementation

• Architect, develop, and optimize neuro-symbolic AI algorithms.

• Implement and evaluate hybrid models on real-world datasets.

• Ensure efficient, clean, and well-documented code.

Research & Innovation

• Collaborate with global research teams and partners.

• Publish/present findings at AI conferences and journals.

• Drive technical ideation to enhance AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Education: PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

• Experience: 15+ years in AI research, software development, and applied neuro-symbolic AI.

• Technical Skills: Python, Go, PyTorch, PyG, PyKEEN.

• Domain Expertise: Symbolic reasoning, knowledge representation, GNNs, probabilistic logic, hybrid AI architectures.

• Leadership: Proven record in large-scale AI projects.

• Other: Azure deployments, microservices architectures, explainable AI (XAI).
