A Gen AI + Teamcenter Solution Architect role combines expertise in generative AI technologies with the knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems. This role focuses on leveraging AI to enhance product lifecycle management processes within an organization using Teamcenter.

Experience: 15+ Years overall, Gen AI – 2 to 3+ Years

What You Will Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain Teamcenter solutions integrated with generative AI technologies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and requirements.

• Provide technical leadership for Teamcenter deployments and AI integrations.

• Embed generative AI into workflows (automation, insights, decision-making).

• Manage data between Teamcenter and AI platforms.

• Enhance efficiency and innovation through AI-driven improvements.

• Train and support end-users on Teamcenter and AI features.

• Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure success.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter PLM (BMIDE, workflow, change management).

• Generative AI knowledge: NLP, data science, machine learning.

• Strong programming skills (ITK, C, C++, Java, scripting, databases, server setup).

• Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Project management experience.
