Job Description
Wakam, an innovative B2B2C insurer based in Paris and London, is seeking an AI Architect / Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI and AI Agents to lead the transformation into Europe’s first AI-enabled insurer. You will be at the heart of this revolution – building sophisticated AI Agents on the Dust.tt (or equivalent) platform to transform customer experience and operational efficiency. You’ll design complex multi-agent workflows, optimise for performance and scalability, integrate agents for business-specific needs, build conversational systems leveraging RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and advanced prompt engineering, monitor agent performance and behaviour, define architectural standards, and drive measurable business impact through agent-based solutions. You’ll collaborate with end users, product teams, and tech experts to co-create impactful solutions, define high-value use cases, and embed AI Agents into Wakam’s core operations. Candidate profile: 7+ years’ experience in software/ML engineering or data science, at least one production-level GenAI/AI Agent project, mastery of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.), hands-on with agent platforms (Dust.tt, LangChain, etc.), strong multi-agent orchestration skills, excellent product vision, Python expertise, deep understanding of agent-oriented software architecture, advanced prompt engineering and API integrations for agent systems. Bonus: ML/MLOps experience, cloud infrastructure, monitoring/observability tools, and leadership or coaching experience in GenAI.
