As an AI Engineer Specialist, you will play a key role in the Data team—turning information into intelligence and driving the development of scalable, production-grade AI systems that power the company’s growth.

You will design and deploy robust AI solutions that ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. This includes building APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure for AI applications while implementing CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable AI strategies.

Your focus will extend beyond technical excellence—you’ll mentor team members, ensure compliance with ethical and security standards, and champion innovation in AI development that has a real impact on millions of users.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end design and deployment of scalable AI systems.

• Develop and optimize AI models for robustness, explainability, and efficiency.

• Build and maintain production-grade infrastructure, APIs, and services.

• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and updates.

• Collaborate across teams to turn business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure AI systems meet security, privacy, and ethical standards.

• Troubleshoot production issues through rigorous testing and validation.

• Mentor team members on best practices in AI engineering and system integration.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering.

• Expertise in developing products leveraging AI services such as GPT, Gemini, or AWS Bedrock.

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with best coding practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

• Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data engineering principles.

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog.

• Awareness of security and compliance standards in AI systems.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Previous experience in financial services or fintech.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
