The Sr. Staff AI Product Designer for the Gemini Assistant is responsible for designing intuitive, multimodal AI experiences that help billions of users collaborate with Google’s most advanced generative AI models. This role involves leading concept development, interaction design, visual design, motion design, prototyping, and systems-thinking work that defines how people use AI in meaningful, practical ways. You will collaborate closely with engineering, research, and product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into simple, powerful user experiences. You will influence product strategy, guide cross-functional decision-making, and deliver high-impact designs in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings deep experience designing AI-powered products, thrives in ambiguity, and understands how to craft emotionally resonant, highly usable AI interfaces at global scale.
