Job Description

Netflix is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives that integrate state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities into its internal content platform and publishing tools. This role sits at the intersection of AI technology and entertainment, empowering the Content Platform Operations & Publishing team to automate and optimize workflows, build intelligent systems, and enhance global content experiences.

You will drive the integration of innovative AI and machine learning models that enable hyper-personalized, contextually relevant experiences for global audiences. Working closely with engineers, researchers, and cross-functional partners, you’ll help design systems that automate the creation of promotional assets, improve content distribution, and elevate internal tooling used by creatives, linguists, editors, and executives.

Key responsibilities include building strategic product roadmaps from concept through validation and iteration, leading incubation and system design of new AI capabilities, and scaling those capabilities into production environments. You will identify opportunities where AI can address complex challenges, translate the latest advancements into scalable, user-centric products, and mobilize organizational support around a shared vision. Exceptional analytical and ML evaluation skills, combined with a rigorous, hypothesis-driven approach, will inform prioritization and decisions, and help measure impact.

The ideal candidate has extensive product management experience, a strong understanding of machine learning and AI technologies, and a proven track record of launching impactful products or platforms that leverage these capabilities. You will play a central role in shaping how Netflix applies AI to its content operations and contribute to a team that values creativity, technical innovation, and business impact.

This role is based in California — Los Gatos or Los Angeles — and can also be remote within the United States with required travel to core offices.
