Job Description

We are seeking a highly competitive AI Solutions Consultant to engage, educate, and close prospective customers seeking to modernize their software development with AI. This role combines deep technical understanding with enterprise sales skills, working directly with CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical teams to drive adoption of Blitzy’s AI platform.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospect engagement to post-sale expansion, managing relationships and ensuring successful AI integration. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, a hunger to learn enterprise sales, and a track record of thriving in competitive environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage inbound prospects to identify pain points and fit for Blitzy’s AI solutions.

  • Deliver compelling demos of the Blitzy OS platform.

  • Review AI-generated code repositories with client technical teams.

  • For enterprise deals, oversee last-mile development work with two additional developers.

  • Conduct discovery calls to assess requirements and AI adoption goals.

  • Manage complex sales cycles from PoC to contract close.

  • Build relationships with key enterprise stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

  • Drive post-sale adoption, expansion, and cross-team implementation.

  • Serve as a technical liaison between customers, the CTO, and AI engineering teams.

  • Track sales metrics and refine approaches based on results.

  • Compete daily with a drive to be the best in the field.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycles and architecture.

  • Ability to direct full-stack contract developers remotely.

  • Competitive mindset with a proven record of achievement.

  • Desire to master enterprise sales and communicate complex concepts clearly.

  • Problem-solving ability under pressure.

  • Enthusiasm for fast-paced start-up environments with high ownership.

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, product, and engineering teams.

  • Commitment to customer success and platform adoption post-sale.
