AI Specialist – Virtual Influencers & Digital Avatars

Ycon & Co. is a forward-thinking marketing, PR, and advertising agency working with luxury brands, e-commerce, wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle industries. We are expanding into AI-driven content creation and looking for a creative, technically-skilled AI Specialist to develop and manage virtual influencers and digital avatars for TikTok, Instagram, and brand campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Create realistic AI influencers using platforms like Centuria, D-ID, Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar.

• Design and animate AI avatars with dynamic video and voice output.

• Build character personas that align with brand voice and marketing strategy.

• Generate consistent AI-based social media content for influencer-style posting.

• Collaborate with the content and strategy team to deploy assets across platforms.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, platforms, and social trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with AI avatar/video generation tools.

• Strong understanding of AI voice technology, facial animation, and prompt design.

• Creative mindset with a good eye for aesthetics and social trends.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats.

• Portfolio or examples of past AI-generated content or characters.

• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with branding and storytelling through AI influencers.

• UX or visual design background.

• Ability to create scripts or edit AI-generated videos.

• Knowledge of influencer engagement strategies and viral content hooks.

Compensation:

• From $300/month.

• Project-based or hourly (depending on experience).

• Potential for retainer or full-time contract.
