Meissner is seeking an AI Strategy Manager to spearhead groundbreaking projects that redefine what’s possible with AI. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with top talent, and bring innovative solutions to life. This role focuses on defining and executing the AI roadmap, aligning business goals with AI capabilities, and overseeing cross-functional AI implementation to deliver long-term business value.

You will:

• Develop and lead an AI strategy aligned with company objectives.

• Identify and prioritize AI projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.

• Integrate AI and machine learning into processes and operations.

• Work with data and software engineers to create AI features in applications.

• Establish KPIs for AI initiatives and measure ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI strategy and roadmap creation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in AI, ML, or related technologies.

• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, algorithms, and data science.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
