Lead AI Engineer (Agentic AI, GenAI, LLMs) – Anblicks

Job Location: Dallas, TX, USA

Anblicks is seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer with 10+ years of expertise to spearhead next-generation AI initiatives. In this role, you will architect, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Agentic AI systems, leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver impactful solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems using frameworks like Crew.AI.
Develop and optimize Generative AI models and LLMs for diverse applications.
Build and integrate SQL Agents to enable natural language interaction with databases.
Oversee the entire AI lifecycle, from research and prototyping to production deployment in Python.
Mentor a team of AI engineers and set the technical roadmap.

Required Skills

10+ years in AI/ML engineering, with proven leadership experience.
Deep expertise in Agentic AI principles and frameworks (e.g., Crew.AI).
Strong background in Generative AI models and LLMs (fine-tuning, RAG).
Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
Experience designing and implementing SQL Agents for natural language to SQL conversion.
Strong knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms, and scalable AI solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.
