Job Description

We are committed to creating efficient autonomous driving algorithms and evaluation systems that enhance and optimize our technology. As end-to-end models mature, we integrate advanced model techniques and capabilities into the autonomous driving space — covering tasks such as path planning, scene generation, and reconstruction using large-scale driving data.
We are seeking highly skilled algorithm engineers with deep expertise in Multi-Agent Planning, 3D Reconstruction, and World Model development to join our team.
What You Will Do:

Multi-Agent Planning: Design and optimize path planning algorithms for realistic and logical road participant movements, modeling multi-agent interactions for rich and complex driving environments.

3D Reconstruction: Develop and enhance 3D reconstruction algorithms to produce high-precision environmental models from diverse sensor data.

World Model: Create and maintain integrated world models for vehicles by merging multiple sensor inputs to boost simulation capabilities.

Collaboration: Work with perception, control, and software engineering teams to advance projects.

Performance Optimization: Analyze and improve algorithm performance for efficiency and reliability in real-world scenarios.

Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest research and innovations in autonomous driving and apply them to improve systems.
Requirements:

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, especially in autonomous driving, robotics, or model development.

Strong skills in C++ and Python with proven algorithm design and implementation expertise.

Practical knowledge in path planning, 3D reconstruction, and environmental modeling.

Familiarity with deep learning, reinforcement learning, and machine learning techniques.

Solid mathematical foundation for complex algorithm analysis and optimization.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused.
Preferred Skills:

Published research in top-tier conferences/journals.

Experience with ROS, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Participation in autonomous driving competitions or relevant projects.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $150,000 – $220,000/year (depending on experience)
