Bumble is seeking a Staff Product Manager – AI to spearhead the development of AI-driven coaching features that enhance user experiences across its platforms. This role will leverage artificial intelligence to deliver personalized guidance, feedback, and recommendations that foster more successful and fulfilling connections.

As a senior individual contributor in the Product organization, you will shape and execute the product strategy for AI and coaching capabilities, working with cross-functional teams to build transformative, user-centered solutions that align with Bumble’s mission of fostering healthy and meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the AI and Coaching product roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs.

• Develop and launch AI-driven coaching features delivering personalized insights and behavioral nudges.

• Collaborate across data science, engineering, design, marketing, and trust & safety teams.

• Apply user research, experimentation, and data analytics to inform product decisions.

• Champion ethical, transparent, and inclusive AI applications.

• Stay updated on AI, behavioral psychology, and coaching tech trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of product management experience, focused on consumer-facing products.

• Proven track record with AI-powered features or products.

• Familiarity with machine learning, NLP, and recommendation systems.

• Background or interest in behavioral science, conversational AI, or coaching.

• Highly analytical with A/B testing and data-informed decision-making.

• Passion for using technology to foster meaningful human connections.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
