About the Team
The team pioneers the future of large language model-based applications with a focus on long-term memory capabilities and delivering personalized chat, search, and recommendation experiences. By leveraging deep AI expertise, they aim to create advanced algorithms that enhance user interaction, making it more intuitive and human-like.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced algorithms for AI applications.

• Improve natural language understanding (intent recognition, structured/unstructured data, characterization learning for short/long texts).

• Lead full-stack development of large-scale ML and recommendation systems.

• Explore personalized applications of ultra-large-scale models.

• Apply LLM-related techniques for information retrieval within large model-based AI apps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or related fields.

• Strong coding and design skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Experience with algorithms such as NLU, Recall, or Sort; familiarity with LLM technologies.

• Experience in algorithm development for large-scale search, recommendation, and LLM systems.

Preferred:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience deploying large-scale AI systems.
